PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

 

DEFINITIONS

§ 1

  1. Administrator – AIC EUROPE B.V., Graafschap Hornelaan 136A, NL-6001 AC Weert, The Netherlands.
  2. Website – a website available at www.myaic.eu.
  3. User – any entity that uses the Website.
  4. Personal data – all information about an identified or identifiable physical person through one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the individual, including the IP number of the device, location data, identifier online and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.
  5. RODO – Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data
    and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

§ 2

  1. The privacy policy and cookies describe the rules for dealing with personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies on the Website.

PERSONAL DATA

§ 3

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data is the Administrator.
  2. Personal data of Users using the Website are processed by the Administrator:
    • pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a RODO – in order to conduct correspondence by the Administrator with the User;
    • pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b RODO – to provide services electronically in the scope made available to Users to the content collected on the Website;
    • pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c RODO – in order for the Administrator to perform legally binding duties to the extent to which it is provided for by special provisions;
    • pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO – in order to analyze the Users’ activities and their preferences, marketing and remarketing and to improve the functionalities and services provided;
    • pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO – for possible investigation, investigation or defense against claims (in order to protect the Administrator’s rights).
  3. Users’ personal data will be stored in the Administrator’s database for a period of time related to the purposes and basis of processing, but no longer than 26 months.
  4. The Administrator provides Users with full confidentiality of all personal data provided to them.
  5. The administrator uses technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of the data processed, appropriate to threats and categories of data subject to protection.
  6. The Administrator does not provide access to data provided by Users to any third parties, with the exceptions specified in this Privacy Policy.
  7. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
  8. The User has the following rights:
    • the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
    • the right to object to the processing of personal data,
    • the right to transfer personal data;
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User previously gave such consent;
    • the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, if it is considered that his personal data they are being processed in a way that is illegal.
  9. The administrator entrusts the processing of personal data KEI.PL Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow at ul. Zakopiańskiej 9, 30-418 Kraków, a company entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Kraków, Business Department of the National Court Register under number 0000732079, Tax ID: PL6792736374 – to store personal data on a server that guarantees the confidentiality of data stored in its databases.

 

COOKIES

§ 4

  1. The administrator uses cookies (so-called cookies), which is small text information, stored on the user’s device.
  2. Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system.
  3. The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s device and then gains access to information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing (remarketing) purposes and to ensure proper operation of the Website.
  4. The Administrator informs that it is possible to configure the web browser in a way that prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s device,
    which, however, may significantly impede his use of the Website.
  5. The Administrator also informs that cookies can be deleted by the User
    after they have been saved by the Administrator, through appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

 

ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

§ 5

  1. The Administrator informs the User that he uses the tools provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, this is:
    • from Google Analytics, which automatically collects usage information from the Website by the User. Detailed rules on the functioning and privacy policy of Google Analytics can be found at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245
    • from Google Adwords – remarketing tools designed to promote the Website in search results and on websites of external entities. During the visit of the Website, a Google remarketing cookie file is left on the User’s device, which, with the help of the ID (ID) and based on the history of the pages visited by the User, enables the User to display ads based on the browsing history in accordance with his preferences.
  2. The data collected by the Administrator are not used to link the User’s personal data with information that would allow the User to identify with the previously collected data using any advertising product or Google functions used by the Website without prior notification of the User and obtaining unambiguous consent from the User.

 

SERVER LOGS

§ 6

  1. Use of the Site involves sending queries to the server on which the Website is stored.
  2. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs. Logs include User’s IP address, server date and time, as well as information about the web browser and the operating system used by the User.
  3. Logs are saved and stored on the server referred to above.
  4. The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Website and are not used by the Administrator in order to identify the User.
  5. Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
